Take this medicine after food to reduce stomach irritation and prevent discomfort. Taking it on an empty stomach may cause nausea or acidity. Alcohol should be avoided, as it can increase the risk of stomach irritation and bleeding.

Daily dose

Take Aluminum hydroxide 250mg + Magnesium hydroxide 250 mg + Activated dimethicone 50mg exactly as your doctor recommends. The dose may change based on your condition and how well you respond. Do not take more than prescribed without consulting your doctor.

Missed Dose

If you forget to take your medicine, take the medication as soon as you remember. If it’s nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your regular schedule. Always consult the doctor before making any changes to your dosage.

Overdose

It is not recommended to take more than the prescribed dose of this suspension, as overdose may cause severe diarrhea, constipation, electrolyte imbalance, confusion, muscle weakness, or abnormal magnesium levels. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose symptoms occur.

2. Do not stop taking Aluminum hydroxide 250mg + Magnesium hydroxide 250 mg + Activated dimethicone 50mg without your doctor’s approval, even if you feel better. 
3. If you forget to take Aluminum hydroxide 250mg + Magnesium hydroxide 250 mg + Activated dimethicone 50mg, take it as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose.
