Drowsiness

Avoid excessive alcohol consumption while taking this medicine, as it may increase the risk of stomach irritation, excessive drowsiness, dizziness, and liver damage.

Avoid taking Diclofenac 50 mg + Metaxalone 400 mg with the following medicines, as it may increase or decrease the desired effect, or in worse cases, it could be fatal:

Diclofenac: 2-[2-(2,6-dichloroanilino) phenyl] acetic acid 

Metaxalone: 5-[(3,5-dimethylphenoxy) methyl]-1,3-oxazolidin-2-one 

Daily dose

Take Diclofenac 50 mg + Metaxalone 400 mg exactly as your doctor recommends. The dose may change based on your condition and how well you respond. Do not take more than prescribed without consulting your doctor.

Missed Dose

If you forget to take your medicine, take the medication as soon as you remember. If it’s nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your regular schedule. Always consult the doctor before making any changes to your dosage.

Overdose

It is not recommended to take more than the prescribed dose of Diclofenac 50 mg + Metaxalone 400 mg. Overdose may cause severe stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, stomach bleeding, kidney problems, or liver damage. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose symptoms occur.
